Obama visits his native village in Ireland of one of his ancestors

American President, Barack Obama, a European tour starts on Monday for a week, with a first stop in Ireland, where he will visit the birthplace of one of his ancestors.

The plane will land on U.S. President 9.45 local time (11.45, local time) in Dublin, where Obama will meet with his Irish counterpart, Mary McAleese, and Prime Minister Enda Kenny.

He will visit with his wife and Moneygall village, located 130 kilometers southwest of Dublin, Falmouth Kearney's birthplace, one of his ancestors.For Obama's visit were invited to the 350 residents of Moneygall and farms located nearby, and among the guests of honor include Henry Healy, an accountant 26 years old, distant cousin of U.S. president.Visit Moneygall will not last more than an hour, after which Obama will return to Dublin, where they are to sustain an outdoor speech in the city center, which are expected tens of thousands of people. Themes could include speech and immigration, a subject of major importance in Ireland, whilst nearly 34 million Americans of Irish ancestry.Irish authorities have taken strict security measures, two days after an assault committed in Northern Ireland after the American special forces killed on 2 May, al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden in a raid Pakistan. And Northern Ireland Republican dissidents who support the annexation of the Republic of Ireland Northern Ireland to remain active in the region, triggering them more security alerts last week, during the visit of Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain.Obama will spend Monday night at the American ambassador's residence Tuesday, then will travel to London for a three-day visit, during which will be hosted at Buckingham Palace.His tour continues in France, where he will attend the G8 summit, and Poland.
