Auditing the Garment Pattern for its conformance to Block Pattern Fit & Measurements. - Can ask for copies to be e mailed to them for internal auditing.
Input to the Costing Team, Methods to be used, based on the use of actual Design Patterns. - Can insist on specific methods to be used.
Achieving Customer Acceptance through the Contract Garment Sealing process. - Should control the process in the Customers Department.
Co-ordinating and Managing the Garment Pre-Production Meetings. Needs to be involved in every meeting – difficult to predict dates more than one week in advance.
