My letter to the President received a reply by Speed Post. It was the first time that I received a reply by Speed Post (and not by ordinary post) and instead of stamps, it was franked for Rs 57/-. The card enclosed was impressive, and enclosed was an unsigned note saying, "With the Compliments of Deputy Press Secretary to the President of India".
