Ananth Shankar, apart from being a cartoonist, is passionate about the environment. He was one of the key supporters of Puttenahalli Kere Habba 2015, held at Puttenahalli Lake on 24th February 2015. He designed the event logo, a limited edition photoframe and was there at the festival, doing cartoons live. My mother-in-law who was a volunteer during the event requested Ananth for his autograph for me and he did a little cartoon with it!
