When my letter of October 1984 to Mr Vajpayee, Member of Parliament, reached him, he was out of Delhi on tour. So, his secretary decided to reply along with a photograph of Mr Vajpayee that bore his printed signature. I had intended to write to Mr Vajpayee again, to request a real autograph but it just didn't happen.
