In April 2015, my brother Nagesh was in Milan. He was there to set up a stall for one of his Bangalore clients, at the Milano Furniture Fair. When he found out that Mike Stern was performing on 11th April, he along with my cousin Nandan (who lives in England) made plans to attend the show. It was a pleasant surprise to receive a Mike Stern CD, with an autographed CD insert. They had managed to get access to the jazz musician and get him to sign!
