I found new perspectives on, and within, a lot of the exercises we did throughout the days...What I appreciated the most was the opportunity to meet colleagues from so many different backgrounds and countries. This was beyond any expectation that I had in advance. It was a pleasure to feel how the group managed to get into a very relaxed and developing work dynamic"

"The truly international nature of the convergence, brought together people from many parts of the globe, united by the common passions shared, cultures and ideas were shared freely, collaborative possibilities discussed and many jolly conversations had over tasty Italian meals. The choice of venue was splendid. The monastery buildings, the surrounding grounds, and the sea, was the perfect setting for a quiet retreat to relax the mind and let the body create"
