PERFORMERS' TRAINING
Designed for performers with all levels of experience, IUGTE's trainings provides performers with an intensive experience in physical theatre and different movement techniques, essential for performing, in short-time courses.
PERFORMANCES
In collaboration with Theatre Companies, IUGTE has produced several performances in different countries, many of which became part of the repertoire and received recognition of international audience.
DIRECTORS' PROGRAMS
Our institute - NIPAI runs highly practical immersive programs in Theatre Directing and Movement Directing, focused on raising professionals with concrete skills needed for professional work.
"The methods and techniques that I experienced were varied and I could relate to them from my own practice but these were of a deeper level and intensity in terms of action and energy. The style of taking a participant, be it a director or an actor was of equality and an openness to ‘play’ it was this sense of safety and clarity that enabled the theatre moments to spark off one another. I am committed to the development of my directing craft within an international context and becoming pat of the IUGTE theatre family has made my vision clearer of creating new work by giving way to more questions about identity, action and story. EDUCATION
With a vast network of teachers, we aim to promote performing arts education and bring it to the next level on the international stage, through the international exchange programs and linking up professionals.
Since 2001, IUGTE Conference "Theatre Between Tradition and Contemporaneity is held on an annual basis in different countries.
For the time of its existence, the Conference collected the most unique presentations from performers, performing arts educators and teachers from around the world and archived it for future researchers.
MULTIDISCIPLINARY PROGRAMS
Creating a platform for a multidisciplinary exchange is essential in IUGTE's work as it keeps our community constantly in a loop and creates new possibilities and ideas for collaboration.
