Germany 4 - 1 England (World Cup 2010)

England has been knocked out of the World Cup 2010 in South Africa after being trounced by Germany 4-1.

It has been one of the most disappointing performances by England throughout the whole of this World Cup than I have ever seen my country play. You wouldn't think that there is nearly £1billion worth of players on the pitch to see them play through this world cup - they played crap!

Frank Lampard scored a goal, but it wasn't recognised by the referee, but this didn't make any difference to the way that England played. To say they played like a local Sunday match is an insult to the amateur players that take part in those games - I simply cannot believe that with all the talented players that they are paid to be - they played so poorly.

To be honest I am glad that we have now been knocked out, but serious discussions about how England have performed need to be addressed, because all that money and talent have been wasted at this World Cup. I say talent, but it was a lack of it by all the England players that have contributed to our defeat!
