Financial Situation (Personally and Nationwide)

Why is everything just lately seeming so expensive? And why does my money not seem to manage me and pay everything that at one time, I seemed able to do?I know the country has been going through a recession, but in all honesty I didn’t expect that I would be so difficult to manage the finances as it has been.

Although there has been no change in the amount of money that I have coming in, the amount going out seems to exceed what is coming in, especially since I have had my income changed to fortnightly and monthly payments and not weekly, which I had arranged all my bills to.

I know it is the same for almost everyone throughout the country, but that doesn’t solve the problem personally – as I am sure it doesn’t for all of you as well.

It looks like a few months of belt-tightening is in order until at least after Christmas this year, and hope that the new year will bring some more progress with the recession and return us back to the days when your money was your own, and not keep having to struggle with things on a daily basis!
