England loses bid to host 2018 World Cup

It has been announced that England lost in the first round of voting to host football's world cup in 2018.

Following presentations by Prince William, Premier David Cameron and English footballer David Beckham, it still wasn't enough to sway the FIFA executive voters to cast their votes for England.

There have been revelations in the British media that three voters in the FIFA executive have alledgedly taken bribes from other countries to sway the vote in their favour - if this is proven correct, then it shows that football is corrupt from the top, and there is no confidence in any of the votes cast today - we await to see the outcome of the allegations with interest!

It has been announced also that Russia has won the bid to host the 2018 world cup. Say no more!
