Art. 26 „The Union recognises and respects the right of persons with disabilities to benefit from measures designed to ensure their independence, social and occupational integration and participation in the life

1.Legal status of a person having CP.
Suggested content:
general aspects: description of the international and EU-level situation, taking into consideration the legal framework at this level (international treaties and conventions in the field)
specific aspects: to be filled in by each partner according their national situation. After each partner will provide very brief information, this sub-topic can be presented as a comparative report.
Hints on completing with information this chapter: the legal framework will be presented by the means of regulations (number and names of laws and other regulatory papers), 5 to 10 rows of text per each country with a very brief summary of the relevant regulations. If CP benefits of special regulations, the summary will underline this (probably this is DK situation, taking into consideration the CP register). If CP is included in a general framework addressing disabled people, the summary will underline this
2.Administrative support for CP.
This chapter will cover aspects related to administrative procedures to register a CP persons as disabled and brief information about the administrative framework in relation with CP and/or other disabilities.

general aspects: description of international and EU-level situation, taking into consideration the legal framework at this level (international treaties and conventions in the field).
specific aspects: to be filled in by each partner according their national situation. Within this chapter each partner will briefly describe (no more than 10 rows/country) which is the administrative framework in place for CP or disabled persons (authorities in charge, private organisations) and which administrative procedure needs to be realised by a person in order to be registered, evaluated and finally to be entitle for a public support or incentive.
3.Logistic support for CP
This chapter will cover the obligations for moral person in order to facilitate the access of disabled persons to different services (ramps for wheel chairs, marks for visual impaired persons etc.). Also this chapter will cover the legal benefits or rights of CP/disabled persons regarding public support for house modifications, supportive devices and so on.

Within this chapter each partner will briefly describe (no more than 10 rows/country) which are the obligations to be fulfilled by moral persons in order to facilitate the access of disabled persons to different services (ramps for wheel chairs, marks for visual impaired persons etc.). Also, each partner will provide information about the legally available supportive measures and devices for CP/disabled persons.
4.Financial support for CP
This chapter will cover those legally provisions in connection to direct or indirect financial support from public resources to the CP/disabled persons.

specific aspects: to be filled in by each partner according their national situation. Within this chapter each partner will briefly describe (no more than 10 rows/country) if the CP/disable persons are entitled to receive any kind of direct financial support from public budgets (direct incentives, exemptions from paying taxes to public budgets). Also, here will be included information about the existence of indirect financial support trough public payed personal care-givers.
5.How to
Within this chapter each partner will briefly (no more than 10 rows/country) describe (step by step description) the procedure which must be fulfilled by a person in order to receive/benefit from the previous mentioned support. The information will cover also minimal details about the authorities or organisations entitled to receive such requests and provide such support.

Summary/conclusion
One key for a normal life of persons having CP and their families is the better knowledge ot their legal rights. Claiming the actual right and using the legal approaches to achieve these rights are the basis for the future improvements.
