Hacettepe University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Cerebral Palsy Unit in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department, Ankara-Turkey (H.U.) is a reference center for all Turkey. Cerebral Palsy Unit has a primary role in preparation of physiotherapy and rehabilitation programmes for children diagnosed as CP and their families, in referring them to appropriate locations and in regulation of physiotherapy and rehabilitation programmes helding in home.
Hacettepe University,CP Unit in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department is a reference center for all Turkey. CP Unit have primary role in preparation of physiotherapy and rehabilitation programmes for children diagnosed as CP and their families, in referring them to appropriate locations and in regulation of physiotherapy and rehabilitation programmes helding in home. In addition, CP Unit studies and works on early intervention.
Physiotherapists working on pediatric physiotherapy work in our unit who are both academicians and clinicians.
H.U. will participate dissemination and exploitation activities in Turkey. Besides, it will contribute to AMEM by providing academic staff and argument for producing report of state of art related to Turkey, needs analysis reports for parents and teachers of children with CP(03-18 age group) regarding Turkey, development of at least one training modules for parents and/or teachers, conducting pilot trainings for parents and/or teachers to test at least two developed training modules, testing web-based information tool with one of the target group of the project. It will also ensure management of the project in Turkey, by providing effective communication and collaboration with related stakeholders in the project and among partners of the project.
Prof. Dr. MİNTAZE KEREM GÜNEL (Turkey)
She is the lecturer of pediatric rehabilitation in physiotherapy classes at university. She is also the instructor of Bobath Neurodevelopmental Treatment of children with CP. She is the coordinator of physiotherapy programmes of children with CP. She gives education to families of children with CP in educational meetings of various associations and universities. In addition she teaches to rehabilitation professionals. She has doctorate thesis on physiotherapy of children with CP. She works in this field as a professor in the university.

Prof. Dr. Fzt.AYŞE LİVANELİOĞLU
She is the vice of the head of physiotherapy and rehabilitation department and coordinator of the CP Unit. She is the coordinator of the physiotherapy programmes and family education. She gives education of rehabilitation team in seminars of associations and universities. She has doctorate thesis on physiotherapy of children with CP. She works in this field as professor in the university.

She is the lecturer of pediatric rehabilitation in the university. She works as vice of coordinator in clinical physiotherapy of children with CP. She educates the physiotherapy students during internship period. She gives education to families of children with CP. She has doctorate thesis on physiotherapy of children with CP.

She carries out the physiotherapy programmes of children in CP rehabilitation clinic. She assists the family education as well as assisting the internship education. In addition she assists training of family and rehabilitation team. She continues to her master science thesis on early intervention.
