Center of Professional Training in Culture, Bucharest-Romania ( CPPC) is one of the main training providers in Romania, especially in the cultural field. CPPC were involved in 12 EU projects as a coordinator and partner organisation. CPPC staff comprise people with a high level of expertise in coordination and collaboration in European projects (Socrates – G1 and G2, Leonardo, FP5).

CPPC is one of the main training providers in Romania, especially in the cultural field. CPPC were involved in PHARE projects as a partner organisation. CPPC staff comprise people with a high level of expertise in coordination and collaboration in European projects (Socrates – G1 and G2, Leonardo, FP5). A number of our staff have been Grundtvig 1 and PHARE coordinators or Leonardo, FP5 and Grundtvig 2 local partners' coordinators. We provide training in the following fields: culture (cultural heritage, library, performing arts), IT (basic training, web design and DTP), management (project management, PR, communication, organisational management), human resources (HR inspector, training of trainers). CPPC is currently involved in three EU projects. CPPC is full member of ENCACT, the main European association of training providers.
It will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring of WP8, preparing web-based information tool format containing size, shape and design etc. Moreover, it will be responsible for designing of project web site. In addition to that, CPPC will participate dissemination and exploitation activities in Romania. Besides, it will take part producing report of state of art related to Romania, needs analysis reports for parents and teachers of children with CP(03-18 age group) regarding Romania, development of at least one training modules for parents and/or teachers, conducting pilot trainings for parents and/or teachers to test at least two developed training modules, testing web-based information tool with one of the target group of the project. It will also ensure management of the project in Romania, by providing effective communication and collaboration with related stakeholders in the project and among partners of the project.
Pirvu IONICA
He has a significance experience in coordinating European project at national and transnational levels. He was involved in project in cultural, educational and IT project. He is qualified project manager and trainer for HR, IT, financial management, organizational management and risk management. He develops and coordinate transnational research in the artistic crafts within Grundtvig AdultCraftEducation-ACE project.
Camelia POPESCU
Chief of ITC Department, has been involved in European cultural and educational projects. She is qualified project manager and trainer. Her responsibility within CPPC are to create, develop and maintain the entire IT infrastructure of the organization. She was involved in the final stage of ACE project research, especially regarding the data interpretation and compilation for final report. Also, she is involved in creation and coordination of the research within CONNECTION project.
Adina DRAGU
She elaborated and conducted cultural and educational projects and activities with European and international character. Currently she is the internal coordinator of a Grundtvig project. Her responsibilities within CPPC cover the communication and promotional tasks. She is currently involved in creation and coordination of the research within CONNECTION project aiming to identify the state of the art of organisational development competences in cultural organisations.
