Project Management
Aim: to provide outputs of project will meet general needs and expectations of parents and teachers and reach aim and objectives of the project on time.
Objectives:
to build effective communication and cooperation among partners.
to deliver outputs and tasks among partners according to the time schedule.
to provide meetings of outputs with general needs of parents and teachers of children with CP.
Milestones:
E-mail group is set up.(31/10/2011) Communication and collaboration is provided among partners until website is established.
Communication/information strategy plan, Detailed Work Plan, Detailed Dissemination, Quality Plan and Detailed Financial Plan are prepared. However, more refined planning will take place throughout the life of project. (24/12/2010)
Roles and responsibilities among partners within the project are allocated according to individual strengths and expertise.(24/12/2010)
Partner internal progress reports are submitted to project coordinator AMEM by Europole every half a year.

e-mail group
Internal progress reports for each work package, draft internal monitoring and evaluation report prepared by Europole will be used for management of project. Europole will send them AMEM. Therefore, all of them is explained in WP4. Steering Committee including two key people from project coordinator AMEM and one key person from each partner organization will be established. The members of it will also be project coordinator of each partner. It is mainly responsible for coordination, evaluation and monitoring, further planning and revision of project at international level. One day of every project meeting will be dedicated to steering committee meeting. Internet based conference will be provided among steering committee members once in two months. Involvement of target group will be provided by each partner country into its own project team.
01.01 E-Mail Group 31/10/2010
E-mail group (Yahoo or Google Group) will be set up for a smooth flow of information within group. The e-mail group will be used among partner for communication purposes allowing to share information and experiences about the project until the web site is established.
01.02 Progress Report 26/09/2011
Interim report will be prepared with all partners taking part in the consortium using report format declared by Executive Agency. All partners will ensure provision of necessary information (reports, documents and materials if needed) during the preparation of interim report. It is estimated that project implementation stage will start in October 2010 after completing contractual procedures with Executive Agency and it will be prepared in September 2011 and will be presented to Executive Agency.
01.03 Final Report 26/11/2012
Final report will be prepared with all partners using report format declared by Executive Agency. Partners will ensure provision of necessary information (reports, documents and materials if needed) during the preparation of final report. It is estimated that project implementation stage will start in October 2010 after completing contractual procedures with Executive Agency and end in September 2012. It will be prepared within two months after project finished and presented to Executive Agency
01.04 Communication/Information Strategy Plan 24/12/2010
Communication/information strategy plan will be developed by lead partner as a reference in order to maintain effective communication and collaboration at local and international level within 2months after completing contractual procedure with Executive Agency. Partners will give feedbacks on it and effective communication/information ways and how it will be achieved will be determined by all partners.
01.05 Swot Analysis - Report On Swot Analysis 24/12/2010
SWOT Analysis will be done with partners during the first meeting in Ankara, in order to see strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats connected with the project, the partners and the external conditions. Report on SWOT Analysis will be prepared.
01.06 Detailed Work Plan - Work Plan 24/12/2010
Detailed work plan will be prepared by lead partner as a reference taken into consideration work packages of the project. All partners will give feedback on it and results of SWOT Analysis will be taken into consideration.
01.07 Detailed Dissemination Strategy Plan - Strategy Plan 24/12/2010
Detailed dissemination plan will be prepared by contribution of all partners. Results of SWOT Analysis will be taken into account.
01.08 Quality Plan - 24/12/2010
Detailed quality plan will be prepared by participation of all partners including monitoring, formative, summative and external evaluation of the project at the first kick-off meeting in Ankara.

Detailed financial plan will be prepared by lead partner as a reference and all partners will give feedback on it.
01.10 Detailed Exploitation Strategy Plan - Strategy Plan - 29/04/2011
Detailed Exploitation Strategy Plan will be prepared by all partners taking part in the consortium. It will be prepared at the second committee meeting taken into account general needs of parents and teachers of children with CP. In addition to that, results of the SWOT Analysis will be taken into consideration.
01.11 Kick-Off Meeting - Minutes Of The Project Meeting - 24/12/2010
Kick-off meeting will be hosted by AMEM on 14-19 December,2010. One day for 'Dissemination meeting' decision-makers in education, parents and teachers of pilot schools almost 100 people will be invited with project partners. Other days, steering committee meeting with 9 participants (2 from AMEM,1 from each partner,1external evaluator)SWOT Analysis, communication, allocation of tasks,work plan, dissemination, quality and financial plan, web-site, needs analysis methodology with tools will be determined
01.12 2nd Project Meeting 29/04/2011
Second meeting will be hosted by HEC on 19-24 April 2011 with 15 participants (3 participants from AMEM,2 from each partner).Exploitation plan, partner country reports on need analysis for parents and teachers,general needs of them at partnership level ,training modules format and guidelines prepared by lead partner, table of contents of training modules for target group in accordance with topics, selection of responsible partner countries, specific requirements will be determined and prepared by all.
01.13 3th Project Meeting 02/09/2011
Third meeting will be hosted by CPPC on 24-28 August 2011 with 15 participants (3 from AMEM, 2 from each partner). One day will be dedicated to review meeting with steering committee members. Other days, web based information tool format, topics with contents that will take place in information tool will be decided by partners. Responsible partner countries will be determined for each topic. Progress report will be discussed and prepared for submitting to Executive Agency.
01.14 4th Project Meeting 16/11/2011
4th meeting will be hosted by ESE/IPP on 19-23 October 2011 with 15 participants (3 from AMEM, 2 from each partner). Draft training modules developed by responsible partner countries with feedbacks will be discussed. Pilot training package containing pilot training guidelines, training programme for trainers, teachers and parents, evaluation forms for them, methodology, feedback form to be used by trainers will be determined.
01.15 5th Project Meeting 09/12/2011
30 November-03 December 2011 training seminar for trainers will be organized. Project meeting will take place with steering committee members on 3-4 December,2011 with 8 participants. (2from AMEM, 1 from each partner). Members of Steering Committee will discuss draft internal monitoring and evaluation report prepared by Europole, ad-hoc steering committee meeting reports, progress of the project, coordination, evaluation and monitoring, further planning and revision of project at international level.
01.16 6th Project Meeting 30/03/2012
Host institution will be Europole for 6th meeting between 21-25 March 2012 with 16 participants (3 from AMEM,2 from each partner). Reports on impact of trainings on learners will be presented by each partner country and discussed. Developed training modules will be reviewed taken into account draft report of lead partner ESE/IPP. If needed,necessary modifications made by responsible partner country and translated into English and sent to all partners. Symposium topics will be decided.
01.17 7th Project Meeting 14/09/2012
7th project meeting will be hosted by H.U on 05-09 September 2012 with 15 participants (3 from AMEM, 2 from each partner). One day 'Valorisation Symposium' will take place at several topics. Responsible partner country will present its own topic. Decision makers in education, parents, staff in education, universities, media almost 100 people will be invited with partners. Other days final report, website, information tool, e-newsletter will be discussed.
Explanation of workpackage expenditures
Kick-off meeting will be steering committee meeting. Steering committee meetings is necessary for management of the project so one day will be dedicated to steering committee meeting for the other project meetings except first one. Each organization will be presented by one member with the exception of AMEM as most work involved in planning the content of the meeting will be done by AMEM. In addition to that, steering committee members will provide management of the project by internet based conference once in two months. Besides steering committee members one people from project team in each partner country will participate project meetings for 2nd, 3rd, 4th,6th and 7th meetings. It will also provide involvement of experts and target group to the stages of the project. For 5th meeting in Greece one day will be reserved for steering committee meeting. The other days, since seminar for trainers will take place,2 trainers from each country and steering committee members will participate. Travel and subsistence for each participant and staff costs will be expenses of this work package.
