Wp8 Development Of Web Based Information Tool And Testing

Aim:-to develop web-based information tool that meets general needs of parents and teachers at partnership level.

Objectives: -Web-based information tool is designed within the project web site and it is available.

Parents and teachers of children with CP are able to reach their needs.

CPPC, lead partner of WP, will prepare web based information tool format such as size, shape, design etc. It will be developed in line with general needs of parents and teachers of children with CP at partnership level. It will be in their own languages of partner countries and English. Developed training modules will also be uploaded in web-based information tool.

Milestones:

Partners agree on web-based information tool format at third meeting.

Partners determined topics with contents that will take part in web-based information tool at the third meeting.

Responsible partner countries are determined according to topics in line with their expertise and experiences at the third meeting.

Partner countries prepare content of topics (Sep.,Oct.,Nov.,Dec. 2011)

Web-based information tool is ready for using by target group of project. (31/12/2011)

Selection of one target group for testing of web-based information tool is made at third meeting.

Questionnaires are ready for implementing to target group. (12/03/2012)

Each partner country organizes meetings with its target group and prepares report on impact of web-based information tool on target group. (18/06/2012)

Performance Indicators:

Preparation of contents of related topics by responsible partner countries,

Meetings with target group.

Report on impact of web-based information tool.

Responsible partner country on the related topic will be responsible for preparing and uploading necessary information,document, article,advice etc. in English into web based information tool. Other partners will translate them into their own languages and upload them into the web based information tool.

08.01 Web Based Information Tool 30/12/2011

Web based information tool will be developed in line with general needs of parents and teachers of children with CP at partnership level. It will be in their own languages of partner countries and English. Topics with contents that will take part in web based information tool will be determined by all partners taken into consideration general needs of parents and teachers at partnership level. Responsible partner countries will be determined according to the topics in line with their expertise and experiences.

08.02 Questionnaires 12/03/2012

Questionnaires for parents and teachers of children with CP will be prepared by lead partner to test web based information tool. Each partner country will select its own target group and lead partner will prepare them in English and send related questionnaire in accordance with selection of each partner country. It will be translated into own languages of the partner countries.

REPORT ON IMPACT OF WEB BASED INFORMATION TOOL

Each partner country will select one of the target group to get feedbacks on web based information tool. It will select its own target group to test it and it will organise meeting with its own target group and will get feedbacks by implementing questionnaire. Each partner will prepare report on impacts of web based information tool on learners.

It will ensure organization of meeting in its own city for testing and preparation of report.

PT - Portugal - It will be responsible for preparing necessary article, document, information in English and uploading into web-based information tool. Translating its own responsible document and partners document into its own native language and upload into web based information tool. It will ensure organization of meeting in its own city for testing and preparation of report.

IT - Italy - It will be responsible for preparing necessary article, document, information in English and uploading into web-based information tool. Translating its own responsible document and partners document into its own native language and upload into web based information tool. It will ensure organization of meeting in its own city for testing and preparation of report.

GR - Greece - IIt will be responsible for preparing necessary article, document, information in English and uploading into web-based information tool. Translating its own responsible document and partners document into its own native language and upload into web based information tool. TR - Turkey - It will be responsible for preparing necessary article, document, information in English and uploading into web-based information tool.
