Ankara Provincial Directorate for National Education is the second biggest local public authority in education, of 81, in Turkey. It is responsible for the planning, coordination and management of all kinds of educational and training activities at local level. There are 1524 pre-school, primary, secondary education institutions for 848299 pupils and 46468 teachers in Ankara. The institution has 21 special education primary schools with 1995 pupils and 442 teachers. There are 27 adult education institutions in Ankara.‘Special Education, Guidance and Consultancy Services’ department is one of the unit among 24 relating to the project . It is responsible for managing, monitoring, evaluating and supporting special education, psychological counselling services at schools and 15 guidance and research centers that performs educational diagnosis and assessment for special education needed children and carries out trainings for teachers and parents in the 25 district.
AMEM leads, supervise, provide coordination and collaboration with the partners in order to manage the project. As a coordinator institution, it will be responsible for managing the project stages (starting from planning, preparation and also, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, dissemination and exploitation) with the contributions of all partners by maintaining permanent and effective communication and coordination among project partners in accordance with tasks allocated in the work packages. In addition,it will ensure performing of all activities at local level by providing effective communication with related stakeholders. It will organise realization of outputs/results/outcomes of the project,dissemination and exploitation of its results. It will keep in touch with Executive Agency.

She has been working in Projects Coordination Unit in AMEM for 6 years.
She worked as;
1) English teacher in several schools. (1996-1999).
2) National coordinator for Council of Europe 'Education for Democratic Citizenship' project in Board of Education (1999-2003).
3) Investigator in supplementary English books used in primary secondary schools (1999-2003).
4) Teacher trainer in EU projects (decentralised-National Agency Central Financed Contract Unit).(2004-)
5) Coordinator of Grundtvig Partnership 'Hand-in-Hand' Project (2007-2009),
6) One of the authors translators of 'Teacher Manual Book for pupils with ADHD' 'Parent Manual Book for pupils with ADHD' books written in English Turkish teacher trainer of them.

She has teacher’s diploma, undergraduate degree on Psychology, and M.A. degree on Sociology. She is still a PhD student on sociology.

Research assistant at sociology department of a university (2001-2003)
Researcher, monitoring and evaluation staff of Ankara provincial implementation teams of international projects (Support to Basic Education Program -EU; Secondary Education Reform Project -World Bank).(2006-2009)
Teacher trainer on “Cooperative Learning Methods”; “Measurement and Evaluation in Education” “Approaches to Children at Risk” and “Teaching and parenting with ADHD' - Editor and author of books such as “Teaching and parenting with ADHD”
Elif Çoruhlu
1995-Graduation from Department of Education Program and Teaching in Ankara University. 2001-Master degree on Guidance and Counseling in Marmara University. She has been working as a director in Altındağ Guidance and Research Center since 2004. She contributed the published book on individualized education program for children with cerebral palsy in mainstreaming education for teachers. She has been organizing in-service trainings on 'Mainstreaming Education' and 'Individualized Education Program Preparation' issues for teachers. She is a member of Altındağ Special Education Services Board and she is also responsible for placing children with CP into the appropriate educational environments. She was the coordinator of LdV Mobility project.

He has been working in Projects Coordination Unit in AMEM for 5 years.
He worked as;
Technical teacher in Ankara Mimar Sinan Technical and Industrial Vocational Secondary School. (1995-1998).
Charter Headmaster of Batıkent Industrial Vocational Secondary School (2001-2002).
Tutor in Hacettepe Vocational High School on Total Quality Management and Labor Security(2005-2006).

NAZİLE ALPARSLAN
She was graduated from Ankara University Educational Curricula and Instruction Department. She has been working as a psychological counsellor in MEV Gökkuşağı Primary School for 4 years. There are 356 pupils in the school and 112 of them are children with CP. It will be one of the pilot schools during the implementation of the project. Some of the duties of her related to the domain of the project are;
-Preparing Individualized Education Programmes for children with CP,
-Determining Performances of them,
-Making interim assessments of them,
-Presentation of CP to the other pupils in the school,
-Providing individual or group guidance and support to CP children.
-supporting parents on behavior management,
-organising seminars for parents and teachers
AMEM will be responsible for sub-contracting of all printing and producing of printed materials including 3500 leaflets, 3500 developed training modules. Because cost of printing and producing of printed materials are lower in comparison with other partner countries taking part in the consortium. AMEM will also subcontracting external evaluator, organization of valorisation symposium and dissemination meeting in Ankara. In addition to that, translation of final forms developed training modules and needs analysis reports into its native language will be subcontracted.
