EXPLOITATION PACKAGE

Aim: to ensure maximum impact and sustainability of project results.

Objectives

• • to provide distribution of developed training modules to the end-users envisaged.

  • to provide usage and acceptance of developed training modules and web-based information tool by potential users of the project each partner country.

Exploitation plan will be prepared at second project meeting at WP1. Partners will run seminars for end users of the project with CP about usage of developed training modules and web-based information tool. Each partner country will distribute training modules to the end users envisaged. Partners will also deliver them to decision-makers in education, institution related to special education for evaluating and recommending integration of them into curricula of special education.

Milestones:

• 1. Exploitation plan is designed at the second meeting at WP1 in line with general needs of parents and teachers and updated according to reports of each partner country.

  2. 3500 printed training modules are distributed to the end-users of the project and decision-makers in education and institution related to special education.

  3. Certified in-service training course for teachers will be organized by AMEM and it will be certified.

  4. In-service training course for teachers can be seen at Grundtvig/Comenius Database.

Performance Indicators:

• • 1 seminar in each partner for end-users of the project about developed training modules and web-based information tool.

  • Valorisation Symposium.

  • 1 certified in-service training course by AMEM.

Exploitation Work package will be monitored by AMEM.

03.01 Teacher/Parent Seminars 31/05/2012

Each partner will organize one day seminar for end-users (therapists, clinicians, technician, support staff, psychologists, researchers, academicians, teachers and parents of CP children) of the project in order to inform them. For example; H.U will organize for therapists, CPG for special education teachers and support staff, HEC academicians of Copenhagen University and researchers, CPPC for parents etc. They will be organized about usage of developed training modules and web-based information tool.

03.02 Certified In-Service Teacher Training Course 18/06/2012

In-service teacher training course will be performed by AMEM between 18-22 June, 2012. Teachers who participate this course will be certified by AMEM.'

03.03 Delivery Of Developed Training Modules 01/09/2012

Paper based products - Institutions related to special education, NGOs, parents and teachers associations performing activities for CP children and teachers and parents of children with CP in its own countries and media until the end of the project. Totally,3500 printed training modules will be distributed.

03.04 Valorisation Symposium 07/09/2012

Event - Valorization Symposium' will take place at several topics at the last project meeting of the project hosted by H.U. in Ankara. Topics will be presented in this symposium will be decided by all partners. Responsible partner country will present its own topic in line with development work packages. One learner and project coordinator will participate this meeting. Decision makers in education, parents, staff in education, universities, media almost 100 people will be invited with partners.

03.05 In-Service Teacher Training Course 30/09/2012

GRUNDTVIG/COMENIUS DATABASE

In-service training course for teachers related to children with CP will be put into Grundtvig/Comenius Database until the end of September 2012 and it will be opened with several sessions within 2013. One in-service training course for teachers of nursery, kindergarten, primary, secondary schools, public education centers and guidance and research centers will be performed until the end the end of 2013 in line with usage of project results so it will provide exploitation of project results.

TR - Turkey

Responsible for coordinating and monitoring of exploitation activities, organizing one day seminar for special education teachers and psychological counsellors, organization of Valorisation Symposium with H.U,providing delivery of training modules in its own country, organizing in-service teacher training course in Ankara and providing visibility of teacher training courses in Grundtvig/Comenius Database

PT - Portugal

It will be responsible for organizing one day seminar for education related technicians, providing delivery of developed training modules in its own country, assistance to lead partner for training course in Grundtvig/Comenius Database.

IT - Italy

It will be responsible for organizing one day seminar for primary and secondary school teachers, providing delivery of developed training modules in its own country, assistance to lead partner for training course in Grundtvig/Comenius Database.

GR - Greece

It will be responsible for organizing one day seminar for parents, providing delivery of developed training modules in its own country, assistance to lead partner for training course in Grundtvig/Comenius Database

TR - Turkey

It will be responsible for organizing one day seminar for therapists, providing delivery of developed training modules in its own country, organization of Valorisation Symposium with AMEM, assistance to lead partner for training course in Grundtvig/Comenius Database.

RO - Romania

It will be responsible for organizing one day seminar for parents of children with CP ,providing delivery of developed training modules in its own country, assistance to lead partner for training course in Grundtvig/Comenius Database.

DK - Denmark

It will be responsible for organizing one day seminar for academicians of Copenhagen university and researchers, providing delivery of developed training modules in its own country, assistance to lead partner for training course in Grundtvig/Comenius Database.

Explanation of workpackage expenditures

Since expenses for valorization symposium is stated in WP2, it is not explained here for duplication. Since there isn't any printing facilities in each partner organization and printing cost is lower in Turkey than other partners, printing of 3500 printed training modules for parents and teachers of children with CP will be subcontracted by AMEM. In addition to that, staff costs will be other expenses of this work package.
