The strongest people that I’ve known have succeeded in the face of adversity through their positive attitude and belief in their own capabilities. I think a lot of this also has to do with they way someone was brought up, as well as if they have faced a lot of dire circumstances previously in life. What do they do when they’re not at work or school? Do they have any hobbies like playing sports, cooking, or playing an instrument? I think people who are able to have a variety of different interests makes them very interesting to talk to, and also makes them very well-rounded. Being a work-a-holic 24/7 is no fun!
