Smoking is banned in many apartment complexes. Now if you mean marijuana, that’s starting to become a problem because it’s been legalized and now people are smoking it on the street. Most people are used to clean air and not having to breathe smelly second hand smoke so they are complaining about the people who walk around smoking marijuana. There will have to be rules established because those who want to smoke need to do it in their cars or their homes, not outside where other people are forced to breathe their smoke.
