This piece of garbage was placed at Atascadero State Hospital as an SVP. I don’t know the ultimate outcome of him, but my hope is that he is still committed and unable to victimize anyone else. When I retired there were over 800 SVP’s committed at state hospitals. The first one released from the SVP program raped and murdered a woman from my county within six months of his release. He was captured and given life without parole.
