- HOME-AAA IT Programme: Based on Adult Learning and Professional Training Frameworks leading to possible accredited certification. Current certificate will be issued by HOME and in collaboration with AAA agency.
- Apprenticeship/ Portfolio Programme: Business Partners and Volunteer Mentors providing learners a chance to learn real world skills and apply them in real projects. Can be one to one on Request Basis.

Issues Faced by HOME Shelter and how to mitigate them
- Trainings repeat themselves
- To have a chart detailing what has been taught by which volunteer so each trainer can gauge whats happening
- Residents have different skill levels
- To have a training booklet for each resident with skills outcomes based on different levels of attainment. e.g. Microsoft Word Basic, advanced and Instructor. so each resident can focus on different areas during each session
- Instructors to apply differentiated instruction. Andragogy training can be provided to volunteers
