Visual Medical Reports

Context: Medical reports are just numbers which does not make sense to patients and doctors even sometimes cannot spot trends. Idea is to provide reports that are color coded, putting the patient's data in the context of the population with actionables.
Application to Learning: Student results are just numbers. Formative assessments must be a combination of 1) Pupil learning habits 2) Pupils understanding of learners outcomes. Currently feedback is in the form of qualitative feedback from the teachers perspective, which are affective comments that have little bearing on pupil's learning nor assists students to learn. What is lacking is custom tailoring reports to what pupils need to hear to improve, which requires teachers feedback to be more specific to pupil's learning ability(analysis of question based on bloom's taxonomy in order to target remedial action to attain appropriate bloom's level of understanding) and pupil's own analyis of his/her own style of learning (lack of achievement could be due to specific affective behavioral habits, or lack of practise/need to focus on specifc learning types)
The standard can be 21st century learning skills. We can be consultants on bandura's feedback loop. (From video)
