Workflow and SOP for Projects

• Depending on where ideas are from,
  • Ideas from Others: Go Straight to the Platform that triggered that idea and start a Research and Testing Project in Partnership with TSD (e.g. If on a Tanda Outreach, a person has an idea, then Tanda + TSD will start the project)
  • Ideas from From Me or ANF
    • Step 1: Write down & Collate ideas on Google Keep (Some are on Evernote)
    • Step 2: Decide on a Project Title
    • Step 3: Start a Project Page on aldrintee.com and or ANF (If necessary)
• TSD Phase
  • Step 1: Research and Testing Project Ideation and Conception
    • TSD Initiates and provides resources for a Project for Testing together with another Platform
    • Start a Research and Testing Project Ideation and Conception Google Doc (and place file Under Pafoi Projects Folder)
  • Step 2: Partner Platform (If Any) if no partner platform, will be helmed by either TSD (Corporate) or PaFoI (Personal)
    • Choose One of the Following collaborative Platforms as partner for testing
    • TSD + TaMtF = For Apprenticeship and Learning Purpose
      • Step 1: Start a Personal Portfolio and
      • Step 2: Subject Matter Mastery Programme
    • TSD + PaFoI = Initiates a Personal/Community Project or Based on an Idea (supported by TSD)
      • Step 1: Create a Project Lead Platform: Blog or Website or Facebook Page
      • Step 2: Update on PaFoI Projects Page
    • TSD + Aardvark Anterprise = Business Development and Testing
