- Focus on individual, but in context with society.
- Respect individuality: Not to be on moral high-ground but to present and compare between different and contextual perspectives for growth.
- Mindful of Cultural differences and hence traditions and perspectives (Different Value system)
- Relational rather than Transactional:
- Professionalism, not materialism. Sharing of expertise not selling expertise. (Those that operate on transactions, use idea of relation or social credits), One to one is best
- People should never be the means to an end, nor judged based on their value to you. People are not workers to meet your targets or tools to your goals.
- Relevance through values, context and relative perception.
- Ideals and Issues are put into context where the individual can understand and see value in them. E.g. Environmental issues where corporations are blamed. Carbon foot print can be shown in relative terms, such as average footprint for self-assessment.
- Action through Collaborations (and growth) rather than institutionalisation
