Spanish II

Unit 4: Food

Spanish 2 Unit 4: Food

Learn & Practice Food Vocab

Food vocabulary:

Learn/Review the names of many edibles. Learn to politely order food. Be able to specify which ingredients you want added/left off.

Learn about some typical gastronomy from the Spanish speaking world. (Not tested on this)

Play Pictionary in teams with food vocabulary. (If you know of a way a virtual student can see what we draw and we can see what they draw, let me know!)

Points:

Pull a random vocab word out of the set. Set the timer to 1 minute. Draw it for your team. Without notes, they guess which food you're drawing.

You draw the right thing and your team guesses it: 3 points

You have to ask me what your word means, but then you successfully draw it and your team guesses it: 2 points

Rebound: Your team does NOT guess it. I give the other team ONE guess to get it right for ONE bonus point.
