Detailed Student Task Directions
Now that you know what stress is and the impacts of stress, it is time to research different stress management techniques to help manage/decrease stress in teenagers. Your group (6 people) will create a google slide presentation and a screencastify to share your results with your colleagues (classmates). Half of the group will be responsible for creating the google slide presentation and the other half will be testing out the stress management techniques for effectiveness. Your google slide presentation and screencastify must…
Showcase three different stress management techniques
Highlight how the stress management techniques were located (Youtube/App store/Blog/Mental Health website, etc.)
Model how your group assessed the effectiveness of the stress management technique in managing/reducing stress through a week’s trial
How did the stress management technique impact your group members who participated in the experiment?
How did your group track the stress management techniques' overall impact?
How did you and your group work together to analyze the data?
How did your group evaluate the data to make an agreement on the impact of the stress management techniques?
Scoring Criteria

☐ All “Goal” Criteria PLUS:
☐ Student groups show how to use the stress management technique in class
☐ Student groups set up a panel where other colleagues can ask questions
