Performance Task
Create a lesson about the chosen self care technique for a self care fair. You will need to create an infographic using Canva about your self care technique that can be displayed at a booth at the self care fair. You also need to find a professional(s) to interview about the technique and gather any materials needed to teach the technique.
Make sure your infographic hase:
Color scheme that is EASILY readable (backgrounds not too dark and fonts not too light)
Contains 3-5 images related to the topic
Clear, organized, and concise explanations
BOLD words to emphasize important vocabulary within the poster
Short 1-2 sentence summary of the technique
Brief description of the BENEFITS of the technique
Numbered steps that demonstrate HOW TO DO the technique using images and explanations of each step
QR CODE that links to a SEPARATE resource document
