Choosing and Advocating for Healthy Foods

Create a nutritionally balanced meal plan that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and at least one snack that follows given guidelines and describes how your meals are nutritionally balanced that you can share with your parents or guardians to advocate for healthy foods in your home.
