This is one of the heaviest projects I've ever had in this trimesters. I must also say that this is a project that I have done with so much dedication and enthusiasm.
I choose the name of this project 'Meditation with Classics'. There is one thing that made me special about choosing this project, that is, every year since 2012, I have been touring Australia since I was about 16 years old. It was for composing music with my father and brother. Then in 2019 I decide to go back to Australia for my further education. That journey would lead to further education in my subject of music. As time goes on, I have to work, to live here, food, to pay for university, to pay for transportation, and so on. So I joined Roshana Care and in Australia.
Because I have a diploma in Psychology in Sri Lanka, I have the opportunity to work there. They had another special reason for choosing me for the position of Recovery Support worker because I had been involved with my father in the concept of music therapy in a number of hospitals in my native Sri Lanka. Another special reason was that many patients with psychiatric disorders were found to be in a very good mental state with this treatment called music therapy.
Accordingly, I work with a large number of patients in this country who have been ill in this way, some patients who have gone from very good condition to trigger at once. I feel sad and sad when I'm with them because people who have been very good people for some reason in life have become so sick. Some patients have had a very good life. Depression and mental illness. Most of the times I have tears in my eyes when I see the way some people behave, such as, crying, screaming.
So I chose this project because of all my experience and I thought of completing this project on my own because of my experience and my ability to complete it. I urge you to listen to this song, listen to the lyrics, listen to the voices and the instruments used. This means living life to the fullest, deciding not to take things in stride and try not to focus too much on the problem. I have heard that the message of the song is to enjoy life without suffering. I hope you all enjoyed my project very much and would like to express my gratitude to me for doing so.
