I partner with leaders within our company that need to hire people. I work with those leaders to develop job descriptions, source for candidates and interview and hire those future employees. Basically I am the middle man between people that need a job, and people that want to hire them.

People are always hiring. At times there may be less jobs out there to be filled, but companies are going to always need people, and I am in the business of people.

I love helping people advance their careers. I get to be passionate with them about their next steps in their own personal careers. I get to help them land their dream jobs, and I get to watch them climb and reach their career goals over time.

There is always a lot of demand for job seekers. It is VERY competitive and you do not always win. But at the end of the day, you are still helping people along their journey to advance their own career.

Learn how to use social media as well as face to face social skills. This position will allow you to utilize both areas of social interaction, both virtually as well as in person.  You need to be skilled at both. It is a good profession for people that love to talk to people, are entrepreneurial by nature, and genuinely like to help people.
