Ingredients
The choice is yours. Choose the portion for each smoothie
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries, blueberries, or mango
½ of a banana
1/2 cup of orange juice, milk, water, or plant based milk
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt or 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt
Instructions
Add all ingredients into the blender.
Place the lid securely on the top and blend until desired consistency.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Garnish with a slice of fruit or a sprinkle of granola

Before beginning: Clean your work surfaces, start your hot, soapy dishwater, and assemble all of your ingredients and equipment
Transform this smoothie into a bowl by using half of the liquid. Pouring into a bowl and top with sliced strawberries or bananas, a tablespoon of peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons of granola.
