Yield: 1 cup
Ingredients
1 cup cleaned and trimmed broccoli florets
¼ tsp salt
1 pinch pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Note: Choose your tools and equipment based on what is available to you. You will need a paring or chef’s knife, measuring equipment, bowls, baking sheet, parchment paper at minimum
Wash and clean broccoli
Using the paring knife, separate the large pieces into small ones. Your goal is to have mostly uniform pieces of broccoli so that they will cook evenly
Place into a bowl and add olive oil and seasonings, tossing to coat
Preheat your oven to 400
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Spread the seasoned broccoli onto the parchment paper
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to set for 3-5 minutes before enjoying
