With four main ingredients to measure and mix, these pretzel bites are a quick snack that you will soon know how to make by heart.
Experiment with different dips each time you make these.
Yield: 12 bites
Ingredients
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp flour (spooned and leveled)
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1/2 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
Optional toppings:
15 pieces pepperoni
½ to 1 tsp cinnamon plus 1 Tbsp sugar
1-2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
¼ tsp oregano
¼ tsp garlic salt or powder
1 - 2 Tbsp everything seasoning mix
1-2 Tbsp butter
⅛ to ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Mix flour, salt, baking powder together.
Add yogurt and knead. Add 1 tablespoon of flour as needed until the dough has a play dough consistency.
Roll into a long shape on a flour dusted counter

For stuffed pretzel bites: Flatten and add pepperoni. Fold sides up and over pepperoni, pinching dough to seal up. Top with 1 tsp melted butter and parmesan or garlic powder
For cinnamon sugar bites: Sprinkle with 1 tsp of melted butter and cinnamon sugar
For all other bites: Sprinkle with with 1 tsp of melted butter and your choice of spice, parmesan or mozzarella cheese, or seasoning mix
Cut into 1 inch pieces
Place onto parchment paper
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
