Yield: 6-8 pancakes
Ingredients
1 cup flour
2 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp oil or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
Instructions
Preheat your griddle
Mix the dry ingredients together with a whisk
Mix the liquid ingredients together in a bowl until blended
Gently mix the dry and the liquid ingredients together until no specks of flour are present
Spray the griddle lightly. Pour about ¼ cup batter onto the griddle
Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface
Flip. Cook until browned on the other side
Plate and garnish
