1 egg cooked to your preference
1/2 cup black beans
Chicken breast (cooked)

10" tortilla
Rice or cilantro lime rice
Vegetable/Fruit Choices
Avocado
Cilantro
Tomato
Bell peppers

Instructions
Choose one protein and cook to your preference
Slice or dice the veggies that need to be prepared. This is known as mise en place (MEEZ ah plahs) which means to have everything prepared before starting.
To fill the burrito: Place ingredients in a row slightly off center. Fold sides towards the center. Fold the side closest to you over the top. Continue folding, using your pinkie fingers to keep the wrap in place.

Add some texture and crunch with crushed tortilla chips if you have them handy or want to use them up
