Creating Shared Drives with your colleagues can help minimize how many times you share things. Plus adding a new teacher to the group shares everything in the group.
You can change the color of any folder by right clicking on it and selecting "Change Color".
Any file or folder can be added to the "Starred" tab by right clicking and choosing "Add to Starred". Think of Starred as the important files you will come back to again and again.
