Pro-tips
On the right hand side of your Gmail is a bar which includes your Calendar, Keep, and Tasks. It is invaluable for productivity and saving things from Gmail.
You can set your email signature in your Settings on the General tab. Just remember that screen readers cannot read images and you may want to include the text from your signature image in your signature.
You can turn on "Templates" in the Advanced tab in your settings. This allows you to save an email as a template for future use. You can also do the same using templates in Google Docs.
