Week 3

WHAT WE DID THIS WEEK:

• "Making Conclusions" in our new unit: We Are One... (under the transdisciplinary theme: How We Organize Ourselves). Children began to plan and build a community of their choice. They discussed: How will their community meet the needs and wants of its people?

• Celebrating 10 Years of OPIS: Children participated in OurPlanet International School's 10-year anniversary by engaging in celebratory activities, creating decorations, and sharing one thing they love about their school.

WHAT WE DID THIS WEEK:

• Multiplication & Division: The 5 Times-Table, Dividing by 5, The 5 and 10 times table.

WHAT WE DID THIS WEEK:

• Independent and partner reading time.

• Spelling: Revision. Students used a variety of classroom materials to learn words by heart.

السلام  عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته،،، أولياء الأمور ألأعزاء إليكم ما تم دراسته هذا الأسبوع

اللغة العربية:  

ـ انتهى الطلاب من كتابة مشروعهم النهائي للوحدة البحثية المُستقلة (كتابة نص مسرحي) مع توظيف علامات الترقيم وبعض الأساليب المدروسة داخل الحوار بين الشخصيات.

ـ  تم إرسال الواجب مع الطلاب + قطعة الإملاء.

 ـ  تم إرسال قصة للاستماع إليها عن طريق موقع (أ ب ت) و الإجابة عن التمارين التفاعلية

ـ أرجو إرسال القصص الورقية الموجودة مع الطلاب يوم الأحد

التربية الإسلامية

ـ عرف  الطلاب أهمية النّظام عن طريق المُناقشة الصّفية، كما تعرفوا الفرق بين الشخص المُنظم والشخص الغير مُنظم من خلال درس (أنا مُنظم).

ـ تم استكمال أنشطة درس (صلاتا الظهر والعصر) 

Dear PYP 2 Parents:

I would like to share our Arabic outcomes for this week:

• We will know the difference between She, He, I, We and how we can change it with verbs.

• We learn new verbs to make mind map about what we need what we want 

•  We start to do our project on google slide about  what we need and what we want .

• We made our own conversations about what we want and what we need in Arabic.

• Next week we will start to talk about what we want to be when we grow up.
