Unit of Inquiry

WHAT WE DID THIS WEEK:

"Making Conclusions" about our Unit: Every Child is an Artist: Students learned that some artists create works to remember people, places and events. Students studied Faith Ringold's Echoes of Harlem, 1980 and other images of quilts. Students used various art materials to create a quilt block of their face.
Read Aloud: The Day the Crayons Quit by Drew Daywalt: Children discussed what their favorite crayon color is and imagined what its personality might be.

Students used a variety of classroom materials to learn sounds/words by heart and write sentences.

إليكم ما تم دراسته هذا الأسبوع

اللغة العربية:

ـ تم مُراجعة هوية وعناصر النص القصصي (ليلى ترْسُمُ وَطنًا)

ـ كما استطاع الطلاب مراجعة أفكار النص من خلال نشاط ترتيب أحداث النص.

ـ فرّق الطلاب بين اللام الشمسية والقمرية من خلال نشاط الإملاء الصفي.

ـ كما تم مُناقشة الوحدة البحثية "الفنون" عن طريق مُشاهدة بعض أعمال الطلاب الفنية والتحدث عنها باستخدام عبارات تامة.

ملاحظة : ـ تم إرسال الواجب مع الطلاب اليوم داخل ملف اللغة العربية، كما تم إرسال قصة ورقية للقراءة وعرضها على زملائه في الأسبوع القادم

ـ تم إرسال قصة للقراءة اليوم على موقع (أ ب ت) + تمارين تفاعلية.

التربية الإسلامية

ـ تم الانتهاء من التسميع الفردي للحديث الشريف صفحة 26

ـ تم مُراجعة حفظ الجزء الأول من سورة الشرح.

This week we finished our stories for next week. Each kid has their own stories and we talk about similarities and differences between stories through characters place, time and problem and solution. Also we learned how to compare by diagram.
Next week we will prestaining to the parents in our exhibitions .
Learn more about Letter ع with new vocabulary related to the letters.
