Week 5

WHAT WE DID THIS WEEK:

• Book Day! - Children dressed up as a character from one of their favorite books. They were visited by a mystery reader in the classroom and participated in 20 minutes of a school-wide D.E.A.R (Drop Everything And Read).

• "Making Conclusions" in our unit "Changes in Matter" - Children continued conducting and recording experiments involving changes in states of matter. 

• Student-Led Conferences - Children demonstrated their learning by engaging their parents in activities in their homerooms. 

WHAT WE DID THIS WEEK:

• Measurement: Volume & Capacity

• Introduction to Multiplication

WHAT WE DID THIS WEEK:

• Independent and partner reading time.

• Spelling: Plurals - Students used a variety of classroom materials and tested each other to learn this week's words by heart.

اللغة العربية:  

معرفة هوية  نص (هل يُحب سامح النصائح؟) + مُراجعة أساليب (الأمر، النهي، النفي، الاستفهام) من خلال بعض الألعاب التعليمية.

ـ أجرى الطلاب تجربة انتاج غاز عن طريق استخدام المواد الصلبة والمواد السائلة.

ملاحظة: ـ سوف يتم استكمال أنشطة نص (هل يُحب سامح النصائح؟) الأسبوع القادم إن شاء الله.

ـ  تم إرسال الواجب مع الطلاب + قطعة الإملاء.

        ـ  تم إرسال قصة ورقية للقراءة داخل ملف اللغة العربية + إرسال قصة للاستماع إليها عن طريق موقع (أ ب ت) و الإجابة عن التمارين التفاعلية.

التربية الإسلامية

ـ ذكر الطلاب أمثلة للألعاب المسلية التي لا تضر الأخرين من خلال درس (أُطيع رسولي محمد -صلى الله عليه وسلم)، كما ذكروا كيفية تطبيق ما تعلموه في مواقف مختلفة . 

ملاحظة: ـ سوف يتم استكمال أنشطة درس (أُطيع رسولي محمد -صلى الله عليه وسلم) الأسبوع القادم إن شاء الله.

Grade 2 have played a variety of team possession games. Another in that students had to think about their positioning and decide on a team plan on who is going to defend their treasure and who will attack and steal more.
