Here's a breakdown of what to expect with Ninja Dashboard and how it compares to Shipper Dashboard or Ninja Easy

3. CSV Mapping Template

There are some changes to the fields that need to be provided in your CSV file as well as the values for certain fields. Below are the differences in the way we will be needing you to provide your order information to us. Need an idea of what a sample CSV file looks like? Click here.

Not applicable as bulk order creation is not supported in Ninja Easy

Accepted delivery time slots:
09:00-12:00, 09:00-18:00, 09:00-22:00, 12:00-15:00, 15:00-18:00, 18:00-22:00
-3 will now map to 18:00-22:00
-2 will now map to 09:00-18:00
-1 will now map to 09:00-22:00
0 will now map to 09:00-12:00
1 will now map to 12:00-15:00
2 will now map to 15:00-18:00
3 will map to 18:00-22:00
For now, only the 09:00-22:00 delivery time slot is available for all non Singapore shippers.
