Self sign-up flow (Getting Started > 7 Create a Ninja Van Lite account, Getting Started > 8 Contact Ninja Van to help set up a Ninja Van Pro account)
Potential shippers in SG, MY, ID, TH and VN who are interested in shipping with Ninja Van can now sign up for a Lite account to start shipping immediately
Shippers in SG and TH will be able to create both regular and Ninja Pack orders while shippers in MY, ID and VN will only be able to create Ninja Pack orders
Sign up for a Lite account to start using our services immediately
In ID, TH or VN, verify your phone number using an OTP

Ninja Pack (Create Orders > 8 Create Ninja Pack orders)
Ninja Pack is Ninja Van's pre-paid delivery service at a flat price together with an all-you-can-fit polymailer and you can now create your Ninja Pack orders via Dash as long as you have a valid Ninja Pack tracking ID
Once created, you can either have us pick up your parcels or drop them off at a conveniently located Ninja Point depending on what's available in your country (Cheatsheet > 7 How does Ninja Pack work in my country?)
Once created, Ninja Pack deliveries can be tracked via Dash
To create your Ninja Pack order, simply provide your Ninja Pack ID and customer information
Utilize our CSV or Excel template or create your own Ninja Pack file mapping
Regular Lite orders in TH (Create Orders > 9 Create Dash Lite orders in Thailand)
Lite shippers in TH have a more lightweight version of creating our normal orders that requires them to fill in fewer fields than our regular orders in Pro
Select the pickup of drop off option of your choice
Provide information about your parcel to let us know who to send your parcel to
On-demand pick-ups in TH (Create Orders > 9 Create Dash Lite orders in Thailand)
Lite shippers in TH are now able to request for an on-demand pick-up via Dash
On-demand pick-ups can also be tracked or cancelled if needed (Manage pickups > 5 Tracking and cancelling an on-demand pickup)
