New Builds

  • Parcel Exceptions

    • Parcel exception ticket types can be viewed on the order details page . The following parcel exception ticket types will be appended to Granular Status as additional detail on why a parcel is On Hold:

      • Damaged

      • Parcel Exception

      • Shipper Issue

      • Parcel on Hold

      • Note: We will not show tickets of Missing ticket type

  • Thermal Printer

    • Shippers can now connect a thermal printer and select the option to print their AWBs using their thermal printer (Manage My Account > 2 Set up thermal printer)

    • Only the following Zebra thermal printers are supported:

      • GK888t

      • GK420t

  • Ninja Dashboard Migration

  • Premium pickups

    • The following premium pickups are now supported for premium pickup shippers:

      • Multiple non overlapping same day pickups that are one of the available time slots:

        • 09:00-12:00

        • 12:00-15:00

        • 15:00-18:00

        • 18:00-22:00

        • 09:00-22:00

        • Note: Maximum number of pickups to be created within a day is configured based on the shipper's shipper settings

  • Bulk Rollback

    • Orders can be rolled back in bulk on the Order Confirmation and Order History pages by Batch ID

Enhancements

  • Removed fields to be mapped or made compulsory fields optional by setting default values:

    • Weekend Delivery (Optional): Defaulted to True

    • Delivery Date (Optional): Defaulted to the same day (if that day is not a blocked date); otherwise defaulted to the next available date

    • Delivery Timeslot:

      • Removed as a field to be mapped for MY, ID, TH, VN, PH

      • Defaulted to 09:00-22:00 for all countries

    • Shipper and shipper address information: Removed as fields to be mapped and defaulted to pickup address information

    • Country: Removed as a field to be mapped for Domestic orders

  • Actions can no longer be taken on orders that are On Vehicle for Delivery (Cheatsheet > 6 Actions that can be taken on an order)

  • Ability to view parcel volume selected for a scheduled pickup

  • Pickup time slot selection is restricted based on the pickup cutoff time configured for the shipper

  • Edit Error Order flow on mobile devices has been modified so that when there is are orders with errors, there will be a prompt to decide whether to either correct the orders with errors now or later

    • If the option to correct the orders now is selected

      • Navigated to a summary page containing all errors with orders

      • Ability to click on a specific order to correct it

      • Save changes made to the order

      • Navigated back to the summary page containing all errors with orders

    • If the option to correct the orders later is selected

      • Reminded that the orders with errors can be retrieved from the order history page

      • Navigate to the order confirmation page

  • Delivery date can be edited at on the Edit Error Orders page

  • Shipment related order events are now hidden on the Order Details page to to prevent confusion on what's happening to parcels. These will be added back in when additional logic is in place to display the correct hubs i.e. origin hub, transit hub, destination hub

  • When using searching for all orders, the tracking list page shows orders that were created in the past 365 days by default

Bug Fixes

  • CSV file containing order information of order with errors and their associated errors can be downloaded from the Edit Error Orders page

  • Additional validation for Reports to prevent report generation for orders created in the future

  • Revised error message for when incorrectly formatted delivery dates are provided. Error message displayed is now "Please select a delivery date".

  • Enhanced phone number validation to ensure that only numeric values are provided for phone numbers
