New Builds

  • Return Orders can be created from completed orders (Create Orders > 6 Create return orders)

    • From the order details page of a completed order, a return order can be initiated. The return order information will be pre- filled based on order information from the completed order

    • The return address will be the pickup address of the original parcel and can be edited to another pickup address

  • Reports will be emailed to the shipper's email rather downloaded

  • Ninja Dashboard accounts will be automatically created whenever a new shipper is created and who is eligible for Ninja Dashboard. Current Ninja Dashboard eligibility criteria:

    • OCv4

    • Postpaid (Prepaid to be supported Nov 2018)

    • Non marketplace (To be supported Q1 2019)

    • Non bulky (To be supported Q2 2019)

Enhancements

  • Removed fields to be mapped or made compulsory fields optional by setting default values:

    • Weekend Delivery (Optional): Defaulted to True

    • Delivery Date (Optional): Defaulted to the same day (if that day is not a blocked date); otherwise defaulted to the next available date

    • Delivery Timeslot: Removed as a field to be mapped for MY, ID, TH, VN, PH and defaulted to 09:00-22:00

    • Shipper and shipper address information: Removed as fields to be mapped and defaulted to pickup address information

  • Actions can no longer be taken on orders that are On Vehicle for Delivery (Cheatsheet > 6 Actions that can be taken on an order)

  • Ability to view parcel volume selected for a scheduled pickup

  • Pickup time slot selection is restricted based on the pickup cutoff time configured for the shipper

  • Edit Error Order flow on mobile devices has been modified so that when there is are orders with errors, there will be a prompt to decide whether to either correct the orders with errors now or later

    • If the option to correct the orders now is selected

      • Navigated to a summary page containing all errors with orders

      • Ability to click on a specific order to correct it

      • Save changes made to the order

      • Navigated back to the summary page containing all errors with orders

    • If the option to correct the orders later is selected

      • Reminded that the orders with errors can be retrieved from the order history page

      • Navigate to the order confirmation page

  • Delivery date can be edited at on the Edit Error Orders page

Bug Fixes

  • CSV file containing order information of order with errors and their associated errors can be downloaded from the Edit Error Orders page
