Manage Pickups

Need to schedule your pickups ahead of time? Ninja Dashboard allows you the flexibility of scheduling a pickup ahead of time.

In this section, you learn how to:

1 Schedule a pickup

CREATING A PICKUP FOR A SPECIFIC DATE

  1. Click on PICKUPS in the left navigation bar

    • You'll see the pickup address for which you're viewing the pickup calendar for on the top

  2. Click on the date that you would like to schedule a pickup for

  3. Provide us the following pickup information

    • Date

    • Time

    • Pickup instructions

  4. You've successfully scheduled a pickup!

TIP: Have multiple pickup addresses, click on the address dropdown at the top to select a different address to schedule a pickup from.

NOTE: For addresses configured as milk run, the next two scheduled appointments will be displayed.

NOTE: For addresses configured as milk run, appointments scheduled will be view only. Scheduling of new pickups for those addresses will not be allowed. Any changes to the milk run schedule will need to go through KAM.

CREATING PICKUPS FOR A RANGE OF DATES

  1. Click on PICKUPS in the left navigation bar

    • You'll see the pickup address for which you're viewing the pickup calendar for on the top

  2. Drag to select the range of dates that you would like to create pickups for

  3. Provide us the following pickup information

    • Date

    • Time

    • Pickup instructions

  4. You've successfully scheduled a pickup!

NOTE:

  • Pickups will not be created for a particular date if it is a blocked date

  • If the maximum number of pickups has been scheduled for a particular date, there'll be a prompt to select the pickup time slot that the shipper would like us to pickup their parcels

  • The maximum number of pickups is based on their Shipper Settings and accounts for all pickups created across all addresses

  • If there's an existing pickup for the same time slot, the original pickup will be retained and no new pickup will be created

  • NOTE: For addresses configured as milk run, the next two scheduled appointments will be displayed.

2 Manage your pickup addresses

  1. Click on MY ACCOUNT in the left navigation bar

  2. Select My Addresses

  3. You can Edit or Delete an existing Pickup address or Add a new Pickup address

NOTE: Editing or deleting your pickup addresses will result in not being able to access information on completed pickups for the address that was changed. For future pickups, editing an address will alter the address of those pickups while deleting an address will delete those pickups.


3 Obtain pickup details

  1. Click on PICKUPS in the left navigation bar

    • You'll see the pickup address for which you're viewing the pickup calendar for on the top

  2. Click on a date with a scheduled pickup

  3. View pickup details:

    • Pickup time

    • Shipper Signature (Only for Successful pickups)

      • This would be an acknowledgement of pickup

    • Failure Reason (Only for Failed pickups)

TIP: You can edit the pickup time and instructions for a scheduled pickup

4 Schedule an on-demand pickup (ODP)

SCHEDULE AN ODP WHILE CREATING YOUR ORDERS

  1. Click on + CREATE ORDER on the left navigation bar

    • If you're on the home page, you can also click on NEW PARCEL

  2. Select the type of order that you would like to create

    • Normal order (Only option available in TH for now)

  3. Provide us more information about this pickup:

    • TYPE: Do you need an on-demand pickup or would like to drop off your parcels at a Ninja Point?

    • ADDRESS: Where should we pickup your parcels from? Who's our point of contact? How can we reach them?

    • TIME: If you selected an on-demand pickup, our driver will be there within 90 minutes

    • VOLUME: What kind of vehicle should we send down to collect your parcels?

  4. Click on SAVE & CONTINUE and proceed with creating an order

SCHEDULE A STANDALONE SCHEDULED OR ODP

  1. Click on PICKUPS in the left navigation bar

    • You'll see the pickup address for which you're viewing the pickup calendar for on the top

  2. Click on NEW PICKUP

  3. Provide us your pickup details:

    • Pickup Type: Scheduled or on-demand

      • Note: On-demand pickups will only be available if the pickup address is within our on-demand pickup coverage area)

    • Pickup Volume

    • Pickup Instructions

  4. Click on CONFIRM

Schedule a standalone pickup

5 Tracking and cancelling an on-demand pickup

Once you've scheduled an on-demand pickup, you can track the status of it

  1. Click on the on-demand pickup tracker on the top right of the header

  2. Should you need to cancel your pickup, click on CANCEL PICKUP and then provide a cancellation reason
