Set up Notifications

Ninja sends out notifications, both email and messages, to you and your customer with information about their orders. With Ninja Dashboard, you're able to set up some of these notifications on your own.

What you need:

  • A Ninja Dashboard account

Open Ninja Dashboard:

In this section, you'll learn how to:

1 Set up notifications

  1. Click on SETTINGS on the left navigation bar

  2. Click on NOTIFICATIONS in the menu

  3. For each of the available notification triggers, select whether or not you would like Ninja to send you or your customer a notification where available

NOTE: We automatically save any changes make to your notifications settings. There's no need to click Save.
