Generate Reports

Report allows you to deep dive and analyze your deliveries with Ninja. Whether it be to analyze the SLA of your deliveries, quickly ensuring that your customers have received their parcels, resolve failed delivery attempts or On Hold deliveries, or to reconciliate COD orders 

What you need:

Open Ninja Dashboard:

How to Generate a Report

1. Select the type of Report you would like to generate

These are the reports that are available for generation:

2. Select from the available filters and sub filters

Select from one of three ways to get details for your parcels:

After choosing the first filter, select from the sub-filter(s):

Click Generate Report!

Note:

3. Provide the email address that you would like to send the report to

Seperate the email addresses with commas. You may enter up to 10 email addresses.

Click Send, and the report will be sent to the email addresses you provided.
