Generate Reports
Report allows you to deep dive and analyze your deliveries with Ninja. Whether it be to analyze the SLA of your deliveries, quickly ensuring that your customers have received their parcels, resolve failed delivery attempts or On Hold deliveries, or to reconciliate COD orders
What you need:
A Ninja Dashboard account

Access to a desktop or laptop
Reports are currently only available on Desktop and Laptop
Open Ninja Dashboard:
Go to dashboard.ninjavan.co from any web browser
Click 'Reports' on the left navigation bar or directly click here

How to Generate a Report
1. Select the type of Report you would like to generate
These are the reports that are available for generation:
Delivery Status Report
Delivery Failure Report
2. Select from the available filters and sub filters
Select from one of three ways to get details for your parcels:
Order create date range
Batch ID
CSV or Excel upload of tracking IDs
After choosing the first filter, select from the sub-filter(s):
Parcel Status — Select the parcel statuses that you would like to filter by. (You may select multiple Parcel Statuses)
Click Generate Report!
Note:
The filters are different for the different reports.
We'll only be able to provide order information for up to 6 months prior to the current date.
3. Provide the email address that you would like to send the report to
Seperate the email addresses with commas. You may enter up to 10 email addresses.
Click Send, and the report will be sent to the email addresses you provided.
