Getting Started

Setting up Ninja Dashboard account is easy and quick. Not to worry if you've forgotten your login information. You can now easily reset your password on your own.

What you need:

  • An existing Shipper Dashboard account

    • Order Create version: OCv4.1

    • The following shippers are not supported for now:

      • Marketplaces

      • Sub-shippers

      • Bulky shippers

In this section, you'll learn how to:

1 Migration Options for shippers with multiple accounts

Prior to migrating over to Ninja Dashboard, you want to make sure that you're selecting the right migration option. This is especially important when you have multiple accounts with Ninja. Future releases in Ninja Dash will build on how accounts have been migrated and linked to allow for user management and access control. So how do you know which migration option is best for you? Let's walkthrough a case study:


CASE STUDY

We'll use an example where we have a company that has three shippers accounts with us, one for each of the three outlets that they have and ship their orders from.

Abbreviations Used: SD Shipper Dashboard ND Shipper Dashboard


Option 1: Migrate each account separately

Migration to be done:

Shipper 1 (SD Login 1) -> Shipper 1 migrates to ND -> Shipper 1 (ND Login 1)

Shipper 2 (SD Login 2) -> Shipper 2 migrates to ND -> Shipper 2 (ND Login 2)

Shipper 3 (SD Login 3) -> Shipper 3 migrates to ND -> Shipper 3 (ND Login 3)

Subsequently, link Shipper 1 to Shipper 2 and Shipper 3 in ND.

Migration result:

Shipper 1 logs into ND using ND Login 1 -> View Shipper 1's ND account

Shipper 2 logs into ND using ND Login 2 -> View Shipper 2's ND account

Shipper 3 logs into ND using ND Login 3 -> View Shipper 3's ND account


Option 2: Link and migrate accounts together

Migration to be done:

Shipper 1 (SD Login 1) -> Shipper 1 migrates to ND -> Shipper 1 (ND Login 1)

Shipper 2 (SD Login 2) -> Shipper 2 is linked to Shipper 1 from ND -> Shipper 2 (ND Login 1)

Shipper 3 (SD Login 3)-> Shipper 3 is linked to Shipper 1 from ND -> Shipper 3 (ND Login 1)

Migration result:

Shipper 1, 2 and 3 logs into ND using ND Login 1 -> View Shipper 1, 2, and 3's ND account*

* The various accounts can be viewed by toggling between the various account views e.g. Shipper 1's account view, Shipper 2's account view and Shipper 3's account view

NOTE: The goal of option 2 is to allow for the set up of single sign-on. Refer to Step 3 Set Up Single Sign-On (SSO) for additional information.

2 Migrate your existing Shipper Dashboard account to Ninja Dashboard

  1. Login to Ninja Dashboard using your Shipper Dashboard credentials

  2. Click on Login

  3. You've successfully migrated over to your new Ninja Dashboard account!

3 Set up Single Sign-On (SSO) (Deprecated)

Logging in for the first time

  1. Upon logging in for the first time, you'll be prompted to link any other existing accounts that you have

  2. Click on LINK MY ACCOUNTS

  3. Enter in the email login and password for that account

  4. Your accounts are now linked and you can use the login credentials of the account you're logged into to access all your linked accounts

    • NOTE: You will not be able to login to your linked accounts to the login credentials that was previously used for those accounts.

Existing Ninja Dashboard users

  1. Log into Ninja Dashboard

  2. Click on your account name on the top right

  3. Click on LINK ANOTHER ACCOUNT

  4. Enter in the email login and password for that account

  5. Your accounts are now linked and you can use the login credentials of the account you're logged into to access all your linked accounts

4 Recover a forgotten password

Forgot password

  1. In the Password field, click on I forgot

  2. Click on Login

  3. You've successfully migrated over to your new Ninja Dashboard account!

5 Verify the email used to create a new Ninja Dashboard account

A verification email will be sent out to the email addresses of newly created Ninja Dashboard accounts created to ensure uniqueness of email addresses used

If the shipper's email hasn't been used to create a Ninja Dashboard Account

      • Ninja Dashboard account gets created with the shipper's email

      • Verification email is sent to the shipper's email address

6 Link a new shipper account to an existing Ninja Dashboard account (Deprecated)

An email to link a newly created shipper account to an existing Ninja Dashboard account with the same email address as the newly created shipper will be sent to prevent duplicate Ninja Dashboard accounts being created with the same email.

If the shipper's email has been used to create a Ninja Dashboard Account

      • A new Ninja Dashboard account doesn't get created get created for that shipper

      • A "Confirm link account" email is sent to the shipper's email address

      • If shipper clicks on the link in the email to confirm that the account creation is expected, link the newly created shipper to the existing Ninja Dashboard account

7 Create a Ninja Van Lite account

Interested in shipping with Ninja Van? Sign up for a *Lite account to start shipping immediately!


*Dash Lite is only available in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam

If you're in Indonesia, Vietnam or Thailand, simply provide us the following information to start shipping immediately:

    1. Country (Indonesia, Vietnam or Thailand)

    2. Name

    3. Phone number

      • Note: You will use this to log into your Lite account

    4. Email

Click Register and verify your phone number via a one-time password (OTP) that we'll send to you and you're done!

TIP: Did not receive an OTP? You can always have us resend the OTP to you.

If you're in Singapore or Malaysia, simply provide us the following information to start shipping immediately:

    1. Country (Singapore or Malaysia)

    2. Name

    3. Phone number

    4. Email

      • Note: You will use this together with the password provided to log into your Lite account

    5. Password

Click Register and you're done! We'll send you an email once you've registered to verify your email address. See section 5 (Verify the email used to create a new Ninja Dashboard account) for more information.

8 Contact Ninja Van to help set up a Ninja Van Pro account

Interested in a Ninja Van Pro account? Leave us your contact details and we'll contact you within 48 hours!

    4. Monthly Volume

    5. Pickup frequency

Click Contact Us and you're done! We'll reach out to you within 48 hours to help set up your Pro account.

9 Get Started with New Welcome Emails

Welcome emails will be sent to newly created shippers to facilitate the onboarding process.

These emails are localized (language and content) for each country, and contain:

*Shippers view these guides on a country-specific shipper support google site, which they can access again in future if the need arises.

These emails also account for both the self-signup and sales onboarded flows, with slightly different content depending on which is applicable to the shipper.
