Stage 2: In-service Educator Integration
You are accumulating experience, skills and knowledge in professional practice.

You work through the online programme in your own time.
You are also invited to supportive online, monthly meetings to discuss your integration and the programme.
The minimum time to complete the course is 25 hours.
This course supports Lecturers to become a fully integrated member of their COGC teaching team. It is organised in modules:

This course is for all teaching staff, in 0-12 months of employment at COGC. All new teaching staff at COGC are contacted within one week or starting at work, and invited to join this programme.
